I’m Joanna Grace! I founded the Clearly Musical Home Concerts in 2016 to bridge the gap between audiences and performers and to enrich appreciation in sharing sound space. Shortly after starting this immersive concert series, I received the “Emerging Creative Talent” from the Creative Industries of Richmond Hill.

Now in West Toronto, these concerts invite you to experience music as if you were in a living room among friends. Every concert includes an immersive musical experience followed by a Question & Answer period for the audience to connect with the musicians.

Who are these concerts for?

These concerts are best suited for those who can remain quiet during the performance. The environment is more like a blend between a living room and a concert hall. Talking during the music is not suitable. However, there will be an intermission to linger with other audience members and also a Question and Answer session at the end to connect with the performers

It is a unique experience to be five feet away from such high quality, accomplished musicians performing for a small group in an intimate setting.

I love hearing how inspiring the music was. How they were able to translate their real-life experiences into beautiful, beautiful songs, the harmony and how well they work together. It was so wonderful seeing talented education manifesting itself into beautiful music tonight. I would definitely (invite others to come next time). Next time, it won’t just be me.

I had an amazing time. I was –this- close to the artists, seeing everything from the first row. And as a new musician, I’m learning piano, I’m just excited about seeing how they create their music and being able to understand their process of creation while talking to them in the Q&A. I would say everyone should come cuz this is so, so exciting. Being there, immersed in the music and feeling the vibration, I was ecstatic the whole time. I really enjoyed it.
